The house is surrounded by around four hectares of fully fenced private parkland, with a separate entrance and double gate. A peaceful, secluded place to spend time outdoors, stroll through the greenery or enjoy the scenery and sunsets over the lake. Surrounded by nature yet easy to reach, the property is ideally located for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Arezzo, the villages around Lake Trasimeno and, a little further afield, Siena let you combine relaxation with visits to central Italy’s art-filled cities. Trasimeno Sunset The heart of the house is a spacious, bright open-plan room with panoramic views, a modern equipped kitchen with a central island, a large dining area with a long designer table, a living area, a reading and study nook, and a relaxation area with a large TV screen. Large openings offer lake views from indoors and lead directly to the panoramic patio, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners or relaxing at sunset. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A fifth sleeping space in a single bed and a cot can be arranged on request.
